Good old wooden texture to be used as a background. This one is with pieces of paper attached to it. Looks nice on my iPad. Favorite for this week :)

To download the wallpaper to your iPad, just hold your finger on the photo below untill "Save Image" appears. Then click on it to save the photo in your gallery.
